Automatic Black: No Matter What

Automatic Black is one of the premier rock groups of all time to be signed previously to Arista Records.  The news stunned the world when the major label dropped the stadium phenomenon Automatic Black group in 2004.  The record label’s decision has likely permanently stalled the much anticipated release of the group’s 2004 debut album De-Evolution. Automatic Black was on the Roximus Maximus Tour opening for Kiss and Aerosmith in 2003, promising a huge new fan base.  However, only the songs Crash and Burn (featured on Tiger Woods PGA Tour ’04) and Go Your Way were released to radio.  As their full length studio album with Arista was shelved, the band followed up by releasing a highly acclaimed 5 song EP independently in 2009 on Nashville record label Per Capita Records.  Guitarist Stevie D. left to re-form Buckcherry with Josh Todd in 2005.  He was later replaced by Mark Biondi.
